New for 2012 - Eleni’s cookery school (accommodation included) Creta Blue, will introduce Eleni’s cookery school this year, starting in April. After five years, spending summers in her kitchen, cooking for her guests, and many requests for recipes, Eleni has decided to offer her guests, cooking lessons, one of a kind, real Greek homemade dishes. This will be the only cookery school in Crete and maybe Greece, offered by a cook who learned her trade by her grandmother, mother and own love for creating mouthwatering dishes. She is organizing, classes that will relax you and teach you how to make real Greek and Cretan dishes in the most easy and quick way. Visits to markets, traditional cheese makers, wine tasting, olive making and maybe a little bit of ancient history will participate in your short break or week long classes. You can immerse yourself in home made Greek recipes and at the same time relax, enjoy the sun and the history of Crete. During week long courses, local ladies (who only cook in their own homes), will visit to give us lessons in special dishes from the region. Weekend courses |
